I have been availing the services of Sugati particularly the ayurvedic massage called abhyanga for the last four months as I am regular gym goer for strengthening exercises. I found Sugati to be the most authentic service provider in this field. Their aromatic oils not only smell good but make you feel good as well! Their therapists are amazing people who are from Kerala, God's own country and the land of Ayurveda! It was an out of the world experience when a pair of highly experienced hands deftly work on the body:-) I understand that other treatments as envisaged by Ayurveda medicine like weight loss etc are also done here in a highly professional manner! Apart from therapists, there are two qualified Ayurveda doctors who are available for consultation all days. The facility is spick and span with comfortable air-conditioning! We in Mahindra City should be gifted to have such a wellness center right here with no need to commute in traffic. Sugati is housed inside the MWC Club complex which has its own state of the art facilities like gym, swimming pool and other sports facilities. I highly recommend Sugati for all pro active men and women to avail the services be it for treatments or more importantly to avoid falling sick 👌

The place is neat and tidy, with experienced therapists you get a good treatment of full body massage, staff are well mannered, and good care post massage session as well, felt very much relaxed and rejuvenated
